Bogner’s La Grange Overdrive and Boost pedal allows you to easily channel the classic aggressive tones of late ’60s British amp stacks with the push of a button. This nifty little stompbox has an intuitive interface that’s easy to understand but allows you to attain a wide range of overdrives. Although this pedal has a standard set of volume, gain, and tone controls to get you started in your tone shaping adventure, it also has a channel blend parameter, variac and structure switches that change the headroom and response of the pedal, and even an expression pedal jack that lets you control your gain levels on the fly. With the amount of tone-shaping features built into this pedal, it’s definitely not a one-trick-pony. This La Grange overdrive can conjure up anything from the cutting, midrange-heavy tones of classic British rock, to the tight, high-gain tones of today.
