It comes with a lanyard made from 5/8 in. (16 mm) polyester/polypropylene blend rope lifeline. 3M has a number of mobile lifeline rope grabs that follow the user, providing maximum freedom and hands-free operation. The manual option allows the user to fix themselves in place, utilizing a friction sensitive brake to lock the rope grab onto the lifeline in case of a fall. Easily detachable, these 3m rope grabs can be removed at any point along the lifeline and will reduce the arresting forces on a worker in case of a fall.
